Q:What is the delivery time for orders?
A:Usually, the delivery time for the orders in our store is approximately 2-3 weeks. You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package has left our office. Depending on your local postal service, if you are not present at the shipping address specified when the order is delivered, the postman will leave a note for you pick up the package at your nearest post office.
Q:I have not yet received my item, why?
A:Normally packages can take 1-3 weeks to arrive in the destination country. If you have a tracking number, you can track your package to know the current location. Holidays in China, Hong Kong or in your locality can affect delivery times.
Q:I' ve inputted the wrong delivery address , how do i change it?
A:Contact our customer service immediately informing them of the error and provide them with the correct information. Once your order has been shipped, any details may not be amended or modified.
